How to Use Basic Jane CBD Products
CBD Topicals
Relieve Cream
Relieve Cream is a luxury cream that provides rapid relief. Ingredients include hemp-derived CBD, peppermint, and menthol.
Topicals work best by applying them directly to the areas of your body that feel pain and discomfort. The cooling sensation from the peppermint and soothing sensation from the aloe is the perfect combination for that immediate relief from sore muscles. Since this cream is thick and indulgent it can also provide moisture to dry skin. We recommend using this after exercise. If you are simply needing relief and are not planning to exercise use this anytime of day. It can also be used right before bed to moisturize and provide relief so you can sleep better.
Apply to dry skin after you shower or before you get dressed. Simply rub into any areas of your body that need relief. Typical areas are the shoulders, neck, hands, elbows, knees, thighs, and ankles. Repeat application every 4 hours or as needed.
Relieve Gel
Relieve Gel is a light, aloe-based gel that provides cooling relief. Our relieve gel works much in the same way as our relieve cream. However, the gel has a more liquid consistency versus the indulgent thickness of our cream.
In general, men prefer our gels versus the creams. It is perfect to use before, during and after a workout.
The cooling sensation and light consistency make it ideal for using during warm weather and outdoors. It can also be used for daily use and right before bed to provide relief while you sleep. CBD gels are an amazing treatment to use right after a massage as well. The cooling sensation from the peppermint and pain-relief from the menthol is the perfect combination for that immediate relief from sore muscles.

Transdermal Patch
Basic Jane Topical CBD Patches were popular even on the first day of launch.
The patch is very easy to apply. All you have to do is peel and stick to anywhere you have pain. Since it is transdermal the CBD will absorb into the skin and travel throughout your body. Each patch lasts up to 12 hours and stays on during any activities including showering.
You can wear multiple patches should you have areas that need more attention. Our Topical CBD Patches come with 6 patches in a resealable pouch. Patches are light weight making them easy to travel with.
Recommended uses include applying the patch to anywhere that needs relief. Apply the patch to the back of your neck, back or shoulders when you need tension relief. Apply the patch to high-use joints like knees, wrists and elbows that often need relief. Additionally, wearing a patch on an area with lots of veins such as the inside of your wrist or upper thigh can help increase absorption systemically through your entire body.
Menstrual cramps can be addressed by placing a patch on your lower abdomen or lower back.
The patches can be used as a daily application or before, during and after exercise including swimming. They are also excellent for using right before bed to provide overnight relief and help you sleep.
Patches work well when combined with our mints or sprays. Use the spray on other parts of your body so that it doesn’t interfere with the sticking ability.
Aromatherapy Oils
Aromatherapy CBD Oils have been all the rage for a long time. In recent years they have been packaged into convenient, easy to use, no leak roller ball applicators.
Basic Jane CBD Oils can be used in the same way as our Relieve Creams and Gels. Oil infused with CBD offers quick comfort as it is applied directly to the area of your skin experiencing discomfort. Oils are quickly absorbed and can provide relief to muscles and joints.
Our roller balls are compact and easy to travel with. The design of the bottle prevents spillage and can be used to apply very small amounts. We find the oils work very well in smaller areas of skin such as your temples, wrists, thumbs, fingers, and ankles.
Because of the aromatherapy application applying Relax Oil just below your nose can provide soothing and relaxing benefits while using the Awake Oil the same way can make you more alert and awake.

Basic Jane Sprays
Basic Jane CBD Sprays are the most economical and easiest to use of all the Basic Jane Products. To use the sprays simply spray onto any area of your body that needs attention. Sprays will typically last up to 4 hours. Reapply as needed.
The sprays work well when you are in any environment including extremely cold or hot environments. Sprays can be used right after you shower or before bed. They also work well before, during and after any sort of exercise or activity. The most practical uses for CBD spray are while you are active such as playing tennis, running, or before doing labor intensive tasks. They also work well for those hard-to-reach places such as your back and feet.
Our sprays dry quickly so some people like to use them on areas that they don’t want to be too moist such as their hands and feet.
