How to use? Penetrates quickly to relieve aches and pains providing natural pain relief; simply rub Relieve cream onto areas of discomfort and then for added relief spray area with pain spray. This powerful duo will work synergistically to decrease pain.  Repeat every 4 hours or as needed.
